TERMS & CONDITIONS Where the words "the company" are used refers to ALAN GUY PHOTOGRAPHY. 1. £100. plus any other deposits to be paid before the wedding and the balance to be paid on collection of the Pre-view Album . 2. It is understood that this company is retained as the exclusive official photographer for the wedding in question. 3. The Reprodution of Photographs, the Negatives / Digital file ( together with the copyrights therein ) will remain the property of Alan Guy Photography. We reserve the right to use these for display or commercial purposes. Breach of copyright may lead to prosecution. 4. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding contract the deposits paid are not refundable. 5. The company take every reasonable care with regard to exposure, processing and delivery of photographs, however in the unlikely event that the company fails to comply with the terms above, liability is strictly limited to the deposits paid. 6. Bookings are on a first come first served basis. The first received full payment of deposits will secure confirmation of a booking. (Your verbal confirmation of your booking will not secure) 7. A surcharge will be applicable to photography undertaken outwith the local Fife area. (See weddings, Packages & Prices) 8. Compleated wedding albums or print orders should be collected by the customer. 9. Should albums or orders require delivery by post, Postage & Packing charges will apply over and above any package booked. (See weddings Postage & Packing)
